🥇 WHAT STEEL DO YOU USE?

These mosaics are made of 430 Steel. In cases where it is necessary to have the special characteristics of 304 Steel, we can also manufacture them in that material upon request. The main characteristics of each one are detailed below.

✅ STEEL 430

Type 430 stainless steel is a low-carbon ferric stainless steel that, in mildly corrosive environments or atmospheric exposures, exhibits corrosion resistance close to that of some nickel-bearing stainless steels. This alloy is resistant to oxidation and high temperatures. Type 430 is ductile, does not easily work harden, and can be formed using a variety of roll forming or slight stretch bending operations in addition to more common drawing and bending processes. Type 430 is ferromagnetic.

✅304 STEEL

304 stainless steel is more expensive than 430 due to its chemical composition. The inclusion of nickel in 304 steel makes the metal more resistant to corrosion than 430. It makes them more suitable for being in environments in contact with humidity (swimming pools, for example) or outdoors.

You can use Klaukol® type Ceramic Glue or If the place to be placed already has mosaics, you can use neutral silicone without having to remove the previous ones.
