-Digital Sales Analyst

What are the challenges you will face?

  • You will have the task of devising innovative actions aimed at the acquisition and development of eCommerce.
  • Identify market opportunities and actively propose new strategies and commercial actions by channel and customer segment.
  • Manage end-to-end projects linked to the digital marketing of our products in constant interaction with IT, Marketing, Product, Commercial Intelligence teams, among others.
  • Analysis of data, metrics and trends through tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Google DataStudio, among others. Knowledge of Tealium or Google Tag Manager will be valued.
  • Prepare qualitative and quantitative management reports, as well as monitoring actions and tracking KPIs.

-Product Data Analyst

Would you join this challenge to:

  • Build dashboards, tell stories from data, develop reports, reports and statistical analysis to drive a decision process based on quantitative insights.
  • Carry out performance analysis, exploratory analyzes that allow generating new hypotheses, discovering opportunities for new testing, experimentation and product optimization.
  • Provide data-based vision to the UX, Marketing, Promotions and Business Development teams.
  • Work with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to co-create analyzes that improve decision making and provide visualization tools.
  • Obtain, process and analyze large volumes of data from various sources
  • Manage obtaining internal and external data sources.
  • Work together with the different technical squads to ensure the quality and correct registration and availability of data.
  • Define the set of data and satisfaction metrics that allow evaluating the impact of new functionalities.

Selection process

1. CV analysis

The Recruitment and Selection team carries out the first curricular filter of applicants, considering the requirements established in the search profile, with the aim of identifying the candidates who best fit it.

2. Telephone Contact

Our selection team contacts all those candidates who were preselected in the previous stage to be invited to participate in the process.

3. Interview

The interview process consists of:

  1. Technical interview with direct management and/or group interview
  2. Psycho-labor interview by competencies
  3. Finalist shortlist interview (carried out by the line manager and/or Business Partner)

4. Candidate Review Committee

After the interviews, the committee in charge of the search will make the decision to select the final candidate.

5. Offer Letter

The selection team contacts the selected candidate to present the job offer, communicate the company's benefits, request the incorporation documents and agree on the entry date.

6. Process Closure

The closure of the process is communicated to all candidates who participated in the interviews, sending each of them a notification and thanks for their time and willingness.
